About My Practice

The Care You Deserve

Our mission is simple - to make you feel and stay healthy. Whether you’re coming in for obstetrical or gynecological care, we have the skills and resources to take care of your needs. You just need a referral from the walk in doctor or your family doctor.

How do I get a consultation with Doctor Laval?

I am a specialist and so you will need to get a referral. You can get a referral one of four ways.

  1. You can go to your Family doctor.

  2. You can go to a walk in clinic.

  3. Through the Appletree website you can book an appointment with Telemedicine.

  4. You can also book a virtual appointment to get a referral.

What is your new patient procedure?

What should I expect for my first in-clinic visit?

You will need to register at the Kiosk. The medical assistant will ask you screening questions regarding COVID. You will be assigned to a room and she will take your blood pressure, check your height and weight and may ask for a urine sample.

All initial appointments at Appletree will be virtual. All initiial appointments at Pulsepoint are in person. After you get a referral you will be contacted with a time for an appointment. You will be sent a link to fill out a questionnaire. It is very important that you take the time to fill it out. The questionnaire helps me to fully diagnose and treat your concern.
